It interests me how a company that works with Union leadership develops those leaders to go into management. It is an interesting and complex issue. The question I have is, ‘are union leaders operating with different values and mission than the company?’ If that is true, then how do you help mitigate the value and mission conflict when they switch positions within the firm from laborer and Union Leader to corporate leadership and management?
