Mackenzie Doheny serves as Chief Operating Officer of CO2 Coaching, where she leads operational strategy, internal infrastructure, and execution across the firm’s coaching platform. Since joining CO2 Coaching in 2016, she has played a central role in strengthening systems, refining delivery, and supporting the firm’s sustained growth.
With more than 25 years of experience operating alongside C-suite leaders, presidents, and founders, Mackenzie brings uncommon depth to her role. Over the course of her tenure at CO2 Coaching, she has served in executive partnership and strategic advisory capacities prior to stepping fully into the COO position — developing an intimate understanding of the firm’s philosophy, clients, and operating cadence.
In addition to her responsibilities as COO, Mackenzie leads the firm’s EA Strategy & Coaching advisory work. She partners with CEOs and Executive Assistants to clarify operating models, strengthen alignment, and elevate executive partnership into a structural advantage for leadership teams.
