How Long Is the Executive Assistant Coaching Program?

The program consists of eight weekly sessions, with each session building on the previous one to ensure continuous growth and skill development.

Is There Any Work Required Outside of the Coaching Sessions?

Yes, clients will have “homework” and reading assignments between sessions to help reinforce the concepts and skills covered. This ensures active engagement and personal growth throughout the program.

Can I Reach Out To My Coach Between Sessions?

Absolutely. Clients are encouraged to call, text, or email their coach as often as needed to support their learning and progress.

How Does CO2 Coaching Ensure Accountability in the Program?

We work with self-motivated individuals, so accountability is rarely an issue. However, we challenge clients with commitment-focused questions to keep them on track. This is done within the framework of our coaching partnership, established in Stage one of the engagement.
