In 1960, when John F. Kennedy was asked whether he would consider the Vice Presidency because of his youth, he replied, “Once you accept second place when first is available, you have a tendency to do it the rest of your life.” Brian brings this same winning mindset to clients who are striving for greatness. Those who may need a coach to help them fully realize their potential. Brian Cook brings 38 years of proven sales leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods and consumer products industries. Brian has had leadership roles at The Schwan Food Company, Brunswick Freshwater Boat Group, and Cargill.
Brian Cook has built and led high-performing sales organizations at every level of scale and complexity. While overseeing teams having as many as 2,500 indirect reports across diverse markets and business environments. His core strengths span the full spectrum of sales leadership. From process management and organizational discipline to salesforce structure and design. He is equally adept at leadership development and building bench strength within teams. All while consistently identifying and recruiting top talent that elevates overall performance.
