Adam Keer

Adam Keer brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience, having held C-level roles at multi-billion-dollar credit unions where he guided teams through complex challenges in finance, operations, and strategy. His career includes senior leadership at Connexus Credit Union and Marine Credit Union, and he now serves as Chief Executive Officer of Superior Choice Credit Union. These experiences give him a deep understanding of how to navigate organizational change, align teams, and drive performance in highly competitive environments.  Beyond his corporate career, Adam has also demonstrated entrepreneurial vision. He is co-owner and managing member of the Wisconsin Woodsmen junior hockey team, part of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL). In this role, he not only oversees operations and strategy but also contributes to league leadership, reflecting his ability to build and manage organizations from the ground up.  Drawing on both high-level executive experience and entrepreneurial leadership, Adam applies these skills as an executive coach. He works with leaders to strengthen decision-making, sharpen organizational vision, and achieve sustainable growth. His background equips him to understand the pressures of senior leadership firsthand while providing practical, results-oriented guidance to those seeking to reach their full potential.
